What are the delivery options and times for delivery?

Shipping times vary depending on the product's origin, but typically it takes 7-10 business days for deliveries to Thailand and Singapore.

We use reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. The specific courier may vary based on the product's origin.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed within 3 business days from the time they are placed.

Where do you ship from?

As we're connecting you directly with the brands, we ship from various locations depending on the product's origin, including Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, China, and more.

Will my order be delivered in one package if I purchase items from different brands?

When you order multiple items from different brands on our website, please expect to receive separate packages for each brand. Each item will be shipped individually to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We will provide you with the tracking numbers for all items via the email you provided at checkout, so you can easily track each package's delivery status.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Do I need to pay for custom & import taxes?

All shipping rates (unless otherwise stated) do not include custom and import taxes / duties, which are to borne solely by the customer. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly or you may head over to the link before to get an estimation of your country’s custom and import taxes.

Returns & Refunds

I received my order but there are issues with it.

While SANCT does not accept returns, we will cancel and refund orders under specific conditions.

Refunds are issued if:

  • You receive a damaged or incorrect product and provide evidence within 7 days of the assumed receiving date.
  • The shipment is returned due to an incorrect address.
  • The product is not processed or shipped within the agreed time frame, and you cancel the order.
How do I request a refund for a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact our customer support at hi@sanctstore.com with at least 3 photos or a video of the damage or error within 7 days of the assumed receiving date.

The assumed receiving date is calculated based on the maximum number of working days for shipping declared by the brand.

Cancellation policy

I need to cancel my order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@sanctstore.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any charges. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as your order might have already been processed or shipped.

If your cancellation request is approved, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
